At LILY NAILS ART, we want you to love your manicure; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all nail sets, adhesives, and tools are in their original, unopened packaging to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship Items Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
